Vietnam 500 tons per hour titanium ore beneficiation project.
Raw ore main contents :
Ilmenite, Rutile, Zircon, Tin, Hematite, Magnetite Iron ore, Quartz, Monazite, Silica sand, etc.
Customer' target: get the high grade titanium ore 50% above, in the same time, get by-products tin and Zircon, Rutile.
We design the processing flowchart as below:
1). Use sand pump feed material directly to spiral separator. If there are some bigger stones in deep areas, can consider use trommel screen to separate out particles +2mm
2). Spiral separator: use two-stages spiral separator, first stage is for rough concentration, the middling from first-stage will go to second-stage to concentrate again to get high recovery ratio.
3). After two stages spirals working, it get heavy minerals concentrates. Then, firstly use our factory special designed four rollers wet magnetic separator to get high grade iron ore and titanium ore, and also separate out monazite ore and other weak magnetic ore.
4). Zircon and rutile other non-magnetic minerals goes to shaking table for concentration, also use two stages shaking table for getting higher concentration effect.
5). after the electrostatic separator, can get rutile and other minerals, maybe still including some magnetic minerals, so use a high intensity dry process magnetic separator to remove the magnetic minerals again, the zircon will be more high grade up to 66% for sale a good price.

2). Large process capacity CNC Jig.

3). Traditional Sawtooth Wave Jig
Jig separator belongs to gravity-based equipments, which can separate mineral based on differing of specific gravity. Saw-tooth wave jig is mainly consist of three parts: Main frame, driving set and jigging chamber. The device is suitable for sorting ferrous and nonferrous metals, chemicals, construction and metallurgical aspects of experimental research. |
Working Principle Of Jig Machine
Jigs a kind of energy saving gravity equipment development and improved on the basis of traditional jigs according to the the oretic layering law of jig beds. Their jigging pulsation curves take the shape of sawtooth waveform which gets the ascending water to travel more rapidly than the descending water. The ascending time is short while the descending time is long. The problem that the ascending descending water flow and action time produced by sine wave and pulsation wave are the same is solved. The looseness of bed is strengthened and suction function is alleviated so that the heavy ore grains in the minerals are able to precipitate fully and the sorting ratio ability and recovery rate of equipment are largely improved. |

4). Hydraulic Radial Jig
Descriptions
Hydraulic radial jig has been widely used as roughing separation equipment to select ore such as alluvial gold, tin, diamond, tungsten, manganese and hematite.
Hydraulic radial jig is developed from circular jig. It's composed of two parts: drive and tank. The drive is mechanical hydraulic type, the power is provided by motor through the transmission mechanism let the output shaft of the gear reducer drives the cam rotation, the cam pushes the piston of each master cylinder make periodic reciprocating motion, which converts electrical energy into mechanical energy and then into hydraulic energy. Through hydraulic pipes and all kinds of valves let the moving cylinder drives the cone of jig up and down fluctuation.
Hydraulic radial jig adopts electromagnetic speed regulating asynchronous motor to realize the frequency adjustment, it's a step-less adjustment and the adjustable range of jig frequency is 0-90 times per minute.
Hydraulic radial jig has many advantages compared with the various jig machines: Big jigging area, big capacity; because the jig tank is fan-shaped, it is advantageous to recover fine particle materials; Compact structure, central feeding and small distribution space, suitable for use on dredger; Because of the hydraulic drive, the transmission mechanism is simplified and saving power. The total power of the same process capacity is only 11.6 Kw, saving about 55% power than the conventional jig machine in the same concentration area. The pulsation curve is approximation saw-tooth curve, not only conducive to recover fine heavy minerals, also saving a large number of make-up water, the make-up water is about a quarter of the ordinary jig.

5). Shaking Table:
Shaking table for sale is one of the main equipments of gravity concentration. Gravity Concentration Equipment is not only widely applied on separating tungsten, the tin, the tantalum niobium and other rare metals and the noble metal ore. Also widely used in separation for Gold, Silver, Tin, Columbium, Tantalum, Titanium, Barium, Tungsten, Iron, Chrome, Manganese, Zircon, Lead, Zinc, Mercury, Copper, Aluminum, etc. The shaker effective recycling granularity scope is 2-0.037 millimeters.
Working Principle
The working principle of shaking table for sale is to use the combined action of the specific gravity difference of sorted minerals, alternating movement of bed surface, and transverse oblique water flow and riffle (or notch groove), to allow loose layering of ores on the bed surface and fan-shaped zoning. Then different products can be produced.
